| ADVANCED TICKET SALES Advanced ticket sales are available starting the Monday before a Friday release. There are, however, special circumstances especially around the holiday seasons. It's advised that you call ahead if your interested in buying advanced tickets. Buying an advance ticket guarantees you a seat in the theater corresponding to the movie ticket you purchased, it does NOT guarantee that you and all your friends will be able to sit together, this is especially true during sell out occasions. |
| CHILDREN AND 'R' RATED MOVIES It is the policy of this theater to discourage children from viewing R rated movies. As a direct result of this policy, there are no bargain prices for children or students. Tickets for all non-military and persons under the age of 62 for movies are full price. The cost is $6.00 per ticket for all shows beginning before 6:00pm and $7.50 per ticket for all shows beginning after 6pm. Additionally, children's gift certificates are not valid for R rated movies. |
| CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE We accept both Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There will be a $1.50 charge for any purchases under $10. Debit cards are able to be used as long as they are Visa or MasterCard. |
| FEET ON THE SEATS Feet on the seats will NOT be tolerated. We reserve the right to give you a warning, but if you chose to ignore our requests we will ask you to leave the theater. We work hard in making the theater top-notch and we request that our patrons help to preserve our equipment. |
| FOOD AND DRINK PURCHASED
ELSEWHERE All food and drinks that enter theater must be purchased at our concession stand. No outside food will be permitted. If you are caught with outside food we will ask that you either throw it away or to step outside and finish it. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the theater. |
| GENERAL CLEANLINESS We take great pride in the cleanliness of our theater, we would appreciate it if you did your part to help continue making WOW7 Cinema the the cleanest theater in the western suburbs. At the end of your movie please throw away all your trash in the garbage cans near the exit of the theater. The ushers will appreciate your cooperation. |
| REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Refunds will be issued at the discretion of on duty management. We are not obligated to refund any money, exchange tickets, or otherwise. |

NOISE Any disturbance to our paying customers will not be tolerated. We expect our customers to treat each other with consideration and care. We wish that everybody has a great movie experience at WOW7 Cinema. |
| HOLIDAY SCHEDULES WOW7 Cinema is open 365 days a year. We are open for a period of time on every holiday. For holiday times it's best to give our movie line a call at 815-786-1999 or 630-552-8888. |
| PARTY ROOM RENTALS The Party Room is available from either 11:30 - 3:00 or 3:30 -7:00. The Cost is $10 per child. For parties of 6 children or more, the birthday child is free. This fee includes the use of the room, the movie of your choice, a small drink and a small popcorn. Adults that attend the event will be charged for any purchases they make (movie ticket, concessions, etc). You are allowed to bring in any outside food you would like into the party room, we ask only that anything that goes into the studio be purchased at the concession stand. You will need to bring any other food (cake, ice cream, etc) as well as any plates, silverware and decorations. No decorations or games are allowed to be affixed to the wall due to the hand painted mural. The room is reserved on a first come first serve basis. You can call a theater manager to make reservations at 815-786-7777 the best time to reach a manager is between the hours of 4 and 9 pm, if there isn't anyone available to take your call you may leave a message with your name and phone number and someone will call you back. |
